Our health & safety policy

The Management System of Akatherm BV meets the requirements of the NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and so automatically meets the valid legislations and regulations. Quality with regard to durability and safety has a high priority. The basic philosophy is that the activities concerning quality, price, distribution and service always reach the expectations and desires of our customers.

Our company policy concerning health & safety also meets the legal obligatory standards, as formulated by the Dutch Arbo-law (Labour Conditions Act), supported by the certified Arbo Safety, Health and Welfare Service. Activities are always prepared, planned and accomplished in accordance with a risk assessment if necessary. The activities which have to be done can therefore always be accomplished under controlled circumstances.

Aspects as our policy of permanent education, teamwork in all levels and subjects of Akatherm, the expertise of our KAM Manager (Quality Manager) and a Management which is fully aware of the importance of health & safety contribute to good conditions and good results of the Akatherm team.
